"Warranty was easy to deal with"
One of the key fobs started having issues after a few weeks, I reached out about the warranty and they responded quickly. They sent me a replacement without giving me any trouble. It took a few days to arrive, but everything worked out fine in the end. Overall, I had a good experience.

"Probably Just Bad Timing With Delivery"

I ended up having to return a key fob because I ordered the wrong one, so that part was on me. The return info was available, but I felt like I needed a bit more guidance, so I emailed them to make sure I was doing it right. They did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve hoped. Once they received the fob, the refund came through in about a week. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but in my opinion the return process could be a little clearer and faster.

I looked around at a few other places before ordering because i’m kind of tired of getting surprised by random markups and fees. Their prices seemed reasonable—not the absolute cheapest, but not ridiculous either. Shipping did add a little extra, which I expected at this point, but overall it still felt fair for what I got.

I reached out to locksmithkeyless.com tech support because I was having trouble getting my key programmer set up. To be fair, the guy did help me figure it out in the end, and the instructions he sent over actually worked.

The only thing is, it felt slower than what I remember from before. Replies took longer than I expected, and a couple of them were short, so I had to follow up to get more details. Not a bad experience, just feels like the support used to be better.

"The Replacement Key Saga Had a Happy Ending"
I ordered this replacement key with a little bit of panic in my heart because I really wasn’t sure it was going to match my car. Thankfully, the compatibility info turned out to be accurate, and the key fit just fine. Programming it wasn’t some huge nightmare either, which was a huge relief. Shipping was okay, not exactly lightning speed, but it got here. Overall, I’m happy with it. I just wish the site made the different options a little clearer so the whole process felt less like a suspense movie.

"Key cut was way off and wasted my time"
I ordered a cut key and assumed it would be a simple thing, but it was nowhere near right. It would slide into the lock, so at first I figured maybe I was doing something wrong, but it would not turn at all, which made it pretty much useless.
I went back and checked the info I sent them, and it all looked correct. I ended up having to go to a local place and get another key made instead. Annoying experience overall, and I’m not planning to use them again.

"Pretty solid key fobs overall"
I ordered a couple of key fobs from locksmithkeyless.com and they seem like good quality, at least from what I can tell. They didn’t feel cheap or flimsy like some others I’ve used before. One had a small scratch on it, but it programmed fine and works like it should. Overall, I’m happy with them and would probably order again.

I had a question about my order and they got back to me quickly. The first reply didn’t totally cover everything... but once I followed up, they figured it out and got things sorted. Not perfect, but they were polite and responsive, i’d use them again.

"I ordered this expecting it to show..."
I ordered this expecting it to show up around the promised delivery date, but it ended up arriving a full week late. The lack of clear updates made it even more annoying because I had no idea what was going on. it kind of felt like a bait and switch, they make it seem like you’ll get it quickly, then you’re just stuck waiting. Frustrating experience overall

"I had to keep asking just to find..."
I had to keep asking just to find out what was happening with my order, and the replies took way too long. It felt like such a waste of energy having to chase them over and over for basic updates. The whole thing was frustrating, and I wouldn’t bother using them again.
